Everyone wants to manifest their desires, but not everyone knows where to start. Manifesting can be overwhelming at times, especially if you’re first starting out on your manifestation journey. With hundreds of methods and an overload of information, it’s pretty normal to feel like you’ve just entered a whole new world.
Discovering the power of manifestation is like plunging into the deep end of a pool. It can be a bit scary, but once you learn how to swim, it’s pretty great. So, if your new to manifesting or just looking for an exciting new routine, you’ve come to the right place.
When it comes to manifesting your desires, nothing beats a good old morning manifestation routine.
Morning is one of the best times to manifest because it symbolizes a fresh start. The energy of the morning is new and energizing, giving you the chance to create a new story and attract good things into your life.
When it comes to manifestation, what works for one person might not work for another, but that shouldn’t discourage you! In fact, it should motivate you to try out new practices and find the ones that work best for you.
The best part of creating a morning routine is the creativity, picking and choosing new and exciting habits, but I definitely know how overwhelming creating a morning routine can be, especially when you don’t even know where to begin. So, if you need some inspiration, try out this beginner manifestation morning routine to set you up for manifestation success!
Step One: Gratitude
Start your day with gratitude. Gratitude is one of the best ways to get into a high vibrational state and manifest good things into your life. By finding things to be grateful for, you send out good vibrations to the universe, calling in new and positive things into your life.
Practicing gratitude first thing in the morning doesn’t have to be difficult. You can find something to be grateful for from the past, like that pretty necklace you received for you birthday last year, or something in the future, like that lunch date you’re going on tomorrow. You can also just be grateful for the small things in your life, such as your fluffy pillow or your favorite blue knitted sweater.
Try and find at least 3 things you are grateful for before you get out of bed. This way, you’ll be feeling positive from the moment you step into your day.
Feelings of gratitude attract better things into your life and can help you to notice the little things that you may not have noticed before. For example, a smile from a stranger or a loving gesture from a friend. So, make gratitude a priority! Having a gratitude journal can also help you to keep track of all the thinks you have to be grateful for.
Once you’ve completed your morning gratitude, we’ll move on to step 2.
Step 2: Meditation
This is the step you either love or hate. Some people love meditation while others dread the very thought of it. Meditation can be scary at first, but it has some amazing benefits for your wellbeing and your ability to manifest. You could do a 10, 5 or even 1 minute meditation to simply clear your mind and set an intention for your day.
Meditation allows us to release any negativity and bring us back into a state of positivity. By making space in our minds, we make space in our lives for the universe to deliver better and brighter things to us.
If you find it difficult to meditate, there are guided meditations that can be used as tools to help you stay present and grounded. There are also meditation cards, which are a fun way to incorporate the practice into your life a little each day.
Note: If you find yourself blocked by anxiety and struggling with “monkey mind”, this course is all about helping you to release any negative blockages and cultivate a more peaceful and positive mindset.

Step 3: Listen to Music
After clearing your mind with meditation, try putting on some uplifting music. This can be anything, from calming rain sounds to jazz or rock music.
Put on something that makes you feel good. Music has the ability to shift our emotions, so it can be a great tool to help shift us into a more positive state.
You could play some music while you get ready in the morning to put you in a good mood, or maybe even have a little dance party (because there’s no better way to start your day).
Step 4: Drink a glass of water
Water has amazing benefits, not only for our physical bodies, but for our energetic bodies as well.
When it comes to our physical bodies, we drink water to stay healthy, have clear skin, and to keep us, well, alive. But water can also be super beneficial when it comes to your morning manifestation practice.
Water can be programmed with intention and energy. If we send out good energy to our morning glass of water, the molecules physically change (this isn’t just some woo-woo stuff. It’s scientifically proven!) This means that when we have a desire to manifest a specific thing, we can program our water with positive intentions to help speed up the process.
How to program your water:
Send good vibrations. First step is to be in a good vibrational state and allow the water to soak up that energy.
Set an intention for the water. Think of what you would like to manifest and hold the cup of water in your hands. Imagine the water being programmed and infused with these intentions.
Drink the water. You can visualize as you’re drinking this water. Imagine that as you’re drinking, you are clearing out any negative blocks and allowing you manifestations to flow towards you with ease.
Once you’ve done that, congrats! You’ve programmed your water (it really is that easy). You’ve successfully programmed your water to help you out on your manifestation journey (and your body will definitely thank you for the refreshing glass of h20!)
Step 5: Journal
No manifestation routine is complete without a journaling session! Journaling is a wonderful way to positively start off your day by writing down any intentions, desires or plans you may have. There is really absolute freedom here, so have some fun!
Ways to journal:
Gratitude. We already started off our day with gratitude, but there’s nothing wrong with finding a couple more things to say “thank you” for, especially if your day is going really well.
Manifestation methods. Manifestation methods are methods that help to speed up your manifestations and help you to attract better things into your life. There are hundreds of methods out there, but a few popular ones are the 369 and the 5×55 methods which both use a journal. These methods rely on writing down affirmations a certain number of times in order to increase and amplify your manifestation abilities.
Scripting. Similar to a manifestation method, scripting helps us to get in to alignment with the universe and our desires. While scripting, you’ll write out either how you wish your day to go, or, if you’re manifesting a specific situation, you’ll write out that manifestation as though it already happened, much like a diary entry. By doing this, you automatically put yourself in the feeling of having what it is you want. Being in this state tells the universe that you are open to receiving even more, which allows your desires to flow towards you with a lot more ease.
Intention setting. If you’re short on time, try writing out an intention for your day. It can be as simple as “I intend to be happy” or as complex as “I intend to get a large vanilla iced latte from my best friend who’ll notice I’m particularly thirsty during work and get me a cup!” Really, it’s all about what feels right to you.
One of the best parts of journaling is finding the perfect journal that resonates with you. While everyone has different tastes, I found this spiral journal super adorable. It comes in a multitude of colors and has a simple and cute flower cover.

Choose what feels right to you
In the end, these are only a few helpful suggestions to get your morning started off right. This morning routine is by no means a set routine and can be changed depending on what works for you. If you find that you enjoy doing something else to get you into a high vibrational state, do that! Maybe you enjoy morning journaling sessions but don’t really enjoy meditation, and that’s perfectly okay! Try out different practices and find the ones that get you feeling your best.
Morning routines aren’t meant to be perfect either. You might find you have more time one morning and barely have time to eat breakfast the next. In that case, your manifestation routine could be as simple as setting a positive intention for your day before you head out the door.
Each day is different, so be flexible with you morning routine and have fun with it!
