We’ve all had a certain song stuck in our head that we can’t just get out no matter how hard we try, but aside from its catchy lyrics, sometimes songs can also hold important messages sent by the universe.

Whether a song or a line of lyrics, if you find yourself hearing the same song wherever you go, chances are the universe is trying to grab your attention.

Oftentimes, these lyrics either mean something to you, relate to your current experiences or are portraying something the universe wants you to pay more attention to.

For example, if you need to develop more confidence and self-love, you may begin hearing a certain phrase or song that portrays this.

At first, it may not seem like anything special, but if the universe is truly trying to get your attention, you’ll begin to hear it more and more often. You might hear it on the radio, read the lyrics on a notebook cover, or overhear someone singing it.

For example, if you’re having a pretty bad day, the universe may send you an uplifting message in the form of music, such as “Shake It Off” by Taylor Swift or something with a similar message.

It may show up on the radio, in a conversation or you may read it in a book. It might even seem as though this phrase is following you around, continuing to persist until you pay attention to it.

This can also happen with more important things. For instance, if you’ve forgotten to do a task or are late for an appointment, the universe may bring it to your attention by having your to-do list fall to the ground.

Overall

The universe tries to communicate with us in many ways but it’s up to us to be open minded and receptive to these messages.

Don’t simply brush these synchronicities off as coincidences. The universe doesn’t make mistakes and these so called ‘coincidences’ may just be the sign you’ve been looking for.
